"This property is Spectacular!! Literally a 1 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Costa Rica. The house is brand new with an amazing third floor rooftop patio with ocean sunset views up in the trees. The appliances and finishes in the house are upscale with local wood furniture and modern appliances. My family stayed here in July 2022 and had a wonderful experience. Mike and Brenda are great hosts, communicated well and gave us pointers on local restaurants, shops, and activities. We will definitely come back."

"This home and Host are amazing! After a week in Costa Rica, we didn’t want to leave, and we were considering staying. After finding the listing for this house and found that it was available, we decided to stay for another week! This was a much better home than a much more expensive house we had rented the week prior in a “higher-end” community nearby. We loved that this house is not just a rental home, but at home that is clearly loved by its owners and shared with others to enjoy. Their local property management company was excellent to work with. We loved the layout, the size of the rooms, but especially the location and the setting of the home itself. The location truly is extremely walkable to a dozen amazing restaurants, and shops and what could arguably be called the perfect beach!"

"My husband and I took our 4 adult children and one son in law to Costa Rica for all of our first time there. We decided to stay at 150 metros in Playa Avellanas and I’m so glad we did! The house was spacious and perfect for our needs. Very clean, spacious and one of the most well stocked kitchens I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The house felt safe and private and was very quiet despite being so close to the entrance to the public beach. We loved having the pool and the beach was so close. The town was chill and there were some great local places to eat. We especially loved Gregorio’s. The hosts and property manager were very helpful and responsive. Our family had an amazing 6 days together and I feel much of it was due to our comfortable lodgings. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so comfortable, so clean, and so relaxing! We were a total of five people (four adults and one 9 yr old), and we had so much space to hang out, both inside and out. We loved the pool area, and were so impressed by how often it was cleaned. We cooked in the kitchen, ate meals at the large table and enjoyed all the seating areas. We really enjoyed using the rooftop deck first thing in the morning for our workouts and yoga. All of that is just about the house, not even about the location, which is incredible! Just a short walk from the beautiful beach and from multiple dining options. To be honest, we only stayed two nights and three days, and we wished we had stayed for at least a week!"

House Procedures & Information
House Information
For your convenience, registered Guests have sole use of the entire property including the secured parking, the pool, the yard, and the entire home. Keyless main door and gate allow for your ease of access. Safes are furnished in each main bedroom for securing your personal valuables. For your convenience, access is provided to a guest washer and dryer.
Our local property manager will be available throughout your stay and will provide an online house manual with additional information including local amenities, house and safety procedures.
