Experience the ultimate beach vacation at our stunning rental property, just a one-minute walk from Playa Avellanas! This smoke-free and pet-free property features three bedrooms, accommodating up to eight guests in total comfort.
Relax and rejuvenate in our two full bathrooms, each with rain and standard head showers, or enjoy the outdoor shower adjacent to the indoor shower. With two social rooms, one on each floor, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind.
Our eight-seat dining room boasts a beautiful seven-foot Guanacaste wood table, and every room in the house has AC for maximum comfort. There are also 11 ceiling fans throughout the house and outdoor patios, along with blackout shades in the bedrooms and electric blinds in the first-floor living space.

Enjoy our fully equipped modern luxury kitchen, featuring all the amenities you need to cook up a delicious meal.
Stay connected for your remote working needs with our high-speed WiFi (200 Mbps) and two work stations. The first floor master has a desk, chair, surge protector and Ethernet as well as WiFi access. The upstairs common space has a dedicated workstation with monitor and docking station.
For added peace of mind, outdoor security cameras monitor the property and exterior access points to the house. There's also gated parking for two cars and two additional spots in the driveway, along with secured fenced grounds and night-time contracted security patrol.

House Information
For your convenience, registered Guests have sole use of the entire property including the secured parking, the pool, the yard, and the entire home. Keyless main door and gate allow for your ease of access. Safes are furnished in each main bedroom for securing your personal valuables. For our guests staying for a week or longer, access is provided to a washer and dryer.
Our local property manager will be available throughout your stay and will provide an online house manual with additional information including local amenities, house and safety procedures.
